Submit Work Order
To submit a work order for a maintenance request, please click on LOGIN located at the bottom of the menu bar to the left. Alternatively, you may login to Building Engines at www.buildingengines.com/login.
Login with your Building Engines credentials. If you don't know if you have a login, or need your password reset, please contact the Office of the Building at 500nm@jll.com.
If you don't have a Building Engines login and believe you should, please reach out to your Tenant Contact Representative and have them submit a request to Building Management at 500nm@jll.com.
Please note that Tenant Contact Representatives should only allow a select number of employees to have access to the work order system as some maintenance requests will incur charges that will be billed back to the tenant.
