Located on the 5th floor in Suite 530, the Conference Center is available for use by all building tenants. The space is 1,102 SF.
The room features a flat screen TV with HDMI connection, a phone, WiFi access, tables and chairs.
Rates
Half Day: $200.00
Full Day: $400.00
Half Day is 4 hours or under, booked in the morning or afternoon.
Reservations in the middle of the day are charged for a full day.
The charges will be included on your monthly rent statement. Included in the rate are set-up and clean-up as well as phone calls and internet usage. International calls are not authorized.
